Profile

Dr. Goddard is Chair of the Ph.D. in Nursing Program at Endicott College, a pediatric nurse practitioner, nurse educator, scholar, and healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience across clinical practice, higher education, research, quality improvement, and health policy. Her scholarship focuses on trauma-informed care and education, pediatric and population health, school-based health, and quality improvement.

Dr. Goddard’s work has contributed to national quality measures for school-based health centers, state and national healthcare improvement initiatives, and scholarship advancing trauma-informed approaches in nursing practice and education. She is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has held national leadership and advisory roles in pediatric healthcare, nursing, school health, and quality improvement.
