Dr. Matt Heiser, Assistant Vice President & Dean of Students, oversees Student Affairs and is responsible for cultivating vibrant co-curricular learning experiences for Endicott students.
Dr. Heiser serves as an adjunct faculty member and co-leads the Endicott’s Working Parents & Caregivers Employee Resource Group. His areas of teaching & research include staff development, supervision of working parents, first generation college students, bystander intervention training, & leadership.
