    Designed for working professionals, the Endicott College Professional MBA program makes it possible to further your education while managing work and life responsibilities.

    Whether your goal is to expand your business career internationally, manage a non-profit organization, lead advertising and marketing campaigns, or own your own business, you’ll get the experience and business acumen you need to make it happen.

    Program of Study:

    Each student takes six core courses, four courses in an area of concentration, as well as two elective courses. Students have the option to choose the electives from any concentration course outside of their designation or from an additional list of elective options.   • Arts Administration

    Created for artists, designers, musicians, photographers and entrepreneurs looking to develop a career on the business side of creative industries, the program will give these students a very competitive edge.


  • Entrepreneurship
    Focus on small business management, entrepreneurial enterprise, entrepreneurial marketing, and entrepreneurial venture finance.
  • Events Management
    Focus on the skills and knowledge necessary to plan, manage, and execute successful events.
  • General Management
    Focus on leadership principles, business ethics, creativity and innovation, and managing innovation and organizational change.
  • Global Hospitality Management
    Focus on events management in a digital world, leadership and communication, strategic marketing, and revenue management in the global marketplace.

    Focus on American health policy, healthcare finance, healthcare informatics and IT systems, and regulation and strategic planning.
  • Human Resources
    Focus on compensation and benefits, human resource laws and compliance, organizational and individual development, and recruitment and selection
  • Non-Profit Management
    Focus on managing, marketing and fundraising, nonprofit leadership, and strategic planning direction for nonprofits
  • Public Administration
    Focus on leadership practices in public administration, managing financial resources policy analysis, and project management.
  • Sustainability & Environmental Social Governance
    Focus on the relationship between businesses’ interests in profitability and growing concerns over sustainability is prompting the incorporation of environmental sustainability emphasizing social responsibility, innovation, sustainable investment, and environmental, social, and governance issues.
