Endicott College’s Fifth Year MBA program offers an intensive, advanced business education designed for graduates from Endicott or any undergraduate institution who wish to accelerate their careers. Offering multiple career paths, students can tailor their education to their interests. The full-time, flexible program can be completed in-person or online, allowing you to earn your degree in just nine months. Endicott’s Fifth Year MBA provides opportunities for internships or field study, short-term international study abroad, and self-directed study options.

At Endicott, you’ll build a forward-thinking business education grounded in essential knowledge, strengthened by in-demand skills, and designed to help you thrive in today’s tech-driven business environment. With a flexible format and industry-relevant skill tracks, you can customize your path to match your career goals and ambitions.

If you are an Endicott undergraduate student interested in business, you can save time and 20% on tuition by pursuing the Fifth Year MBA. Degree requirements and curriculum content vary based on prior education and experience. 

Total Prerequisites Requirements - 18 Credits

Depending on many variables, all or some prerequisite courses may be waived. Please contact the Associate Dean of Graduate Business programs to determine individual prerequisite courses needed for admission. A Pre-MBA Minor is available under the Undergraduate Business Program as an option for these prerequisites.

Students must choose four electives. Students will have the option of following specialized courses in focus areas of their choice, or the option to pursue 1-2 internship/field study/self-directed courses as part of their electives through courses BUA574/BUA575, as well as two others of their choosing. Students will have an option of selecting across the specialized areas for self-driven elective selections.
