Dan Chapman
Director, Student Transitions & Family Programs
After working at four different colleges, I started at Endicott in 2021. In the past I have worked in Admissions, First Year Experience, Study Abroad, Career Services, and Academic Advising but have always been involved with New Student Orientation. Working with campus partners, Orientation Assistants, and Orientation leaders to welcome new students to campus is the best part of my role. Student affairs at Endicott works hard to make sure new students feel welcomed and supported. Our Orientation team are some of the first students and staff that new gulls and their families will interact with when they get to campus and we are committed to their success!

Victoria Weisenhorn
Assistant Director, Student Transitions & Family Programs
I started working at Endicott College in 2022 immediately following graduating from Central Connecticut State University with my masters degree. During my first two years here I worked as the Program Coordinator for the Office of Student Engagement. In my current role I support the Orientation program and Orientation Leaders, I help plan and facilitate first year programming, and more. Working with Orientation Leaders has been my favorite professional experience so far and I am looking forward to another great year!

Emma Arnott
Orientation Assistant
I am from Londonderry, New Hampshire, and I am currently pursuing a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology. I am a member of the Running Club, Law & Justice Club, EC Buddies, Wishmakers Club, and Intramurals. I was also a co-host of "Breaking Barriers -- Criminal Justice Corner" on EC Radio, interviewing professionals in the Criminal Justice field. I am also a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and the Criminal Justice Honor Society.
I chose Endicott College for its beautiful campus and impressive study abroad program, and I am excited to be going to Florence in the spring! I was also interested in the internship program, which allows students to gain practical experience in their field of study starting freshman year. This has allowed me to gain great experience for the future and figure out what career I am interested in.
A fun fact about me: when I was in third grade, my drawing won the cover of the Fire Safety Calendar for the State of New Hampshire. This unique achievement earned me a ride home from school in a fire truck and an award ceremony.

Abigail Barry
Orientation Assistant
My name is Abigail Barry and I am from East Bridgewater, Massachusetts. I am an Early Childhood Education major. I am a part of Education Club and our education honors society, Kappa Delta Pi. I picked Endicott for its internship program, education professors, and location right next to the beach! A fun fact about me is that I love going to the gym and on long walks around Beverly!

Delaney Flewelling
Orientation Assistant
Hello! My name is Delaney Flewelling, I am from Danvers, Massachusetts. I am a psychology major with a minor in Exercise Science, and am a member of the Leadership Scholars program and Education Club on campus. I chose to come to Endicott not only because of the gorgeous campus and close beaches, but because of the tight-knit community of faculty, staff, and students we have; you can always find a friendly face around the corner here! A fun fact about me: I studied abroad for two semesters during my time at Endicott!

Kiera Mallett
Orientation Assistant
My name is Kiera Mallett, and I’m a junior Marketing/Communications/Advertising major from Lynnfield, MA. On campus, I’m an active member of the Student Government Association, where I serve as a 2027 Student Issues Class Representative. I’m also a sports photographer for Endicott Athletics! I chose Endicott because of the many opportunities to get involved on campus, especially within the athletics department. A fun fact about me is that both of my older brothers also attended Endicott and were involved in athletics!

Jackson Skane
Orientation Assistant
My name is Jackson Skane and I am a sophomore Psychology major from Danvers, MA. Besides being an Orientation Assistant, I am a Leadership Scholar, a Presidential Ambassador, the Communications Manager for EDGE (Endicott Dance Group for Everyone), a member of Best Buddies, EC Radio, Alpha Lambda Delta, and DREAM Club. A fun fact about me is that I have been a dancer since I was 10 years old and my favorite style is hip hop. I picked Endicott because of the welcoming community filled with smiles, kindness, and acceptance of all people no matter who you are.

Jyllian Thurston
Orientation Assistant
My name is Jyllian Thurston. I am from: Thornton, New Hampshire and I’m majoring in Environmental Science with a Minor in Biology. At Endicott I’m involved with the Endicott Environmental Club, Women in Leadership, Environmental Justice Working Group, Outdoor Adventure Club, Ski and Ride Club, and the Office of Sustainability. I Picked Endicott because of the strong sense of community that is felt the moment you step on campus. I was able to see myself not only living here, but finding my place and growing as an individual- personally, academically, and professionally. Fun Fact: I used to work in a treehouse!

Kristina Wright

I am a rising senior Psychology major from Amesbury, Massachusetts! At Endicott, I am a Wellness Peer Mentor, a Peer Writing Tutor, vice president of the Psi Chi (Psychology Honor Society) Executive Board, a member of Alpha Lambda Delta (a first year honors society), and the Endicott Scholars Program. I first started working with the Orientation Team as a summer intern and an Orientation Leader, and then I was an Orientation Assistant. I chose to come to Endicott for its beautiful campus, welcoming people, and internship program! A fun fact about me is that I am going on a study tour to Italy in May 2026! I am very excited to continue working with the Orientation team as the Orientation Operations Assistant!
