    Designed for professionals who have been working for at least two years, the Endicott College STEM MBA program makes it possible to further your education while managing work and life responsibilities.

    Whether your goal is to expand your business career internationally, manage a non-profit organization, lead advertising and marketing campaigns, or own your own business, you’ll get the experience and business acumen you need to make it happen.

    General Application Requirements for all Master's Programs

    To be considered for admission to one of Endicott's master's programs, you must submit the following materials. Alternatively, you may submit the following to: Endicott College, 376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915. 

    • Completed online application and non-refundable $50 application fee (check made payable to Endicott College). Application fee waived for Endicott Alumni and veteran & military students.
    • One letter of recommendation.This recommendation can be from either a professional or academic reference. 
    • Official transcripts of all post-secondary academic work should be sent directly from the institution(s) including confirmation of undergraduate degree, date confirmed, and any other graduate work.
    • Personal statement. Please include an essay of 250–500 on career goals and motivation for graduate study.

    Curriculum Requirements - Total Credits Required: 36

    Core Course Requirements - 18 Credits

    ** Students who elect for Construction Project Management or Real Estate concentrations will take REST550 Construction Project Management instead of ITS575 Agile Project Management.

    MBA Concentration Requirements - 12 Credits

    To complete a concentration in the following areas, students must complete four three-credit courses (for a total of 12 credits) in the area of concentration.

    Students may have two concentrations. In order to complete a second concentration, courses used to fulfill the requirements of the first concentration may not be used to meet the requirements of the second concentration. Substitution courses may not be used to satisfy concentration requirements. Students completing the requirements of two concentrations must complete eight three-credit courses (for a total of 24 credits) before the master's degree is awarded.

    Students must complete two three-credit elective courses (for a total of 6 credits). Students have the option to take any concentration course outside of their concentration designation or from the elective options below.

    Learning Outcomes

    Upon completion of the program, students will:

    • Demonstrate knowledge and skills to articulate current management trends, including cross-cultural and global awareness
    • Demonstrate knowledge of accounting processes, financial statements, and financial analysis to determine critical management decisions quantitatively
    • Demonstrate knowledge of key aspects of the MBA program, finance, accounting, management and leadership knowledge, research, writing and presentation skills

    Focus on financial reporting and analysis, taxation, and advanced and managerial cost accounting.
  • Construction Project Management
    Focus on construction project management tools and techniques, building systems and integrated designs, emerging materials and systems, project scheduling, scheduling tools and techniques, and construction estimating.
  • Finance
    Focus on personal financial planning, financial reporting and analysis, evaluating capital investments, financial markets and institutions, and investments analysis and portfolio management.
  • Health Informatics
    Focus on health and medical information systems emerging information technologies and standards, systems planning, financial management and security, ethics, privacy, and compliance.
  • Information Technology Management
    Focus on information systems strategy, managing information systems, computer security and cyber forensics, and leadership in information technology.
  • Maritime Economics
    Focus on ocean sciences, maritime regulatory environment, port and shipping operations, and waterfront planning.
  • Marketing
    Focus on advanced data analytics and visualization, branding and advertising, international marketing, and digital marketing.

    Focus on analytics for logistics and distribution managers, lean thinking and six sigma, computer security and cyber forensics, and global supply chain management.
